Indian Eyes’ Site and Facilities Services Division provides a wide range of small construction, maintenance, infrastructure, and other related support services for DOE and DOD facilities. Our experienced Construction/Maintenance Managers and Supervisors are thoroughly familiar with federal, municipal, private, and commercial contracting requirements and they have established a solid performance record and an excellent reputation resulting in more than $80M in competitively awarded DOE and DOD contracts. Indian Eyes maintains bonding, and is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Washington (#CCINDIAEL875JR). We are proud of our safety record – EMR rating of 0.9 with zero reportable OSHA accidents, work place injuries, or incidents. In addition, Indian Eyes maintains and implements a comprehensive Quality Assurance program based on the requirements of ASME NQA-1-2008, ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000, and DOE Order 414.1D. The QA program provides a foundation for quality assurance activities throughout the broad range of Indian Eyes projects and is applicable to all projects using a graded approach.

Infrastructure & Maintenance Support Services

Indian Eyes provides infrastructure support; performing facilities upgrades and maintenance related support functions for DOE facilities at Hanford and the Savannah River Nuclear Sites. We provide qualified and trained maintenance staffing and support in the areas of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities, including work planning and control, Hazards Analysis (utilizing the assisted hazard analysis AHA process), as well as parts procurement to ensure safe, cost effective, and reliable operation.

Construction & Construction Management

Our Construction/Construction Management Division provides a wide range of facility related support services. The organization was designed and structured to work within the stringent requirements of the federal government arena and we provide leadership and staff that brings decades of experience supporting federal and commercial sector projects. Our established management systems allow us to oversee every aspect of a construction project and our experienced Construction Managers are familiar with federal, municipal, private, and commercial contracting requirements. Indian Eyes’ engineering services are directed by a Professional Engineer licensed in several jurisdictions. Our experienced project managers and inspectors are available to assist during early project planning, late-stage development, and construction. We can provide qualified, full- or part-time field engineers and inspectors at the site during construction and our field representatives are supported by dedicated office staff to assure that reports and results are provided efficiently and accurately.
