New Referral Program!

Indian Eyes is excited to announce the start of our new Referral Bonus Program. Effective August 2nd, 2009, we are upgrading the reward system for our current employees and other individuals who refer friends or co-workers to join the Indian Eyes team.

The Power Play Program offers $1.00 per straight time hour worked with a total potential bonus of $2,080 per referred employee and the Construction Program offers $.50 per straight time hour worked with a total potential bonus of $1,040 per referred employee.

Power Pay Referral

Eligibility Requirements:

The answer to each of these questions must be “No” for you to be eligible for the Power Pay referral bonus.

  • Is the referred individual currently working for Indian Eyes LLC?
  • Has Indian Eyes submitted this individual on a project in the last 60 days?
  • Has this individual worked for Indian Eyes in the last 60 days?
  • Has this individual already been referred to Indian Eyes through an Indian Eyes referral program?
If the answer to all of those questions is “No”, then your referral will be officially logged. You are eligible to receive the Indian Eyes Power Pay bonus if the referred individual is hired for that Power Pay eligible position.

Pay Guidelines
  1. Referral pay is $1.00 per hour for straight time hours worked by the hired referred employee up to 40 hours per week.
  2. Referral pay starts on the first Monday after the referred person's hire date. Hire date must be within six months of referral.
  3. Payment will continue for one calendar year from the referred person's start date and can total up to $2,080 per referral. The hired employee must remain on the job for referral payments to continue.
  4. Referral pay is paid monthly (for current Indian Eyes employees) and is subject to all applicable state and federal taxes. For non-Indian Eyes individuals, referrals will also be paid monthly.
  5. There is no limit to the number of referrals one person can submit.
  6. Personnel referred must not be in Indian Eyes' current database.
  7. Indian Eyes permanent staff and family members are not eligible for referral pay.
  8. Indian Eyes reserves the right to end the referral program at any time. All referrals entered before the end date will be honored for the calendar year as described in #3.
*This Program is not valid with any other Indian Eyes Referral Program and subject to change based on company discretion.

Construction Referral

Eligibility Requirements:

The answer to each of these questions must be “No” for you to be eligible for the Construction referral bonus.

  • Is the referred individual currently working for Indian Eyes LLC?
  • Has Indian Eyes submitted this individual on a project in the last 60 days?
  • Has this individual worked for Indian Eyes in the last 60 days?
  • Has this individual already been referred to Indian Eyes through an Indian Eyes referral program?
If the answer to all of those questions is “No”, then your referral will be officially logged. You are eligible to receive the Indian Eyes Construction bonus if the referred individual is hired for that Construction eligible position.

  3. Payment will continue for one calendar year from the referred person's start date and can total up to $1,040 per referral. The hired employee must remain on the job for referral payments to continue.

Find a job listing on our website. If the job listing says that the job is available for one of Indian Eyes' referral programs, forward a copy of your candidate’s resume along with contact information for both parties to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
