Indian Eyes is dedicated to the project with management teams tasked with a limited client base vs. Major Rental Companies who manage numerous clients. Indian Eyes management teams will focus on the day-to-day equipment needs and are prepared to adapt to any unique project requirements that arise. All Delivery’s/Requests, Pick Ups/Call off’s, Maintenance/Repairs and training on each piece of equipment we supply will be handled by the Indian Eyes Management teams dedicated to your project. Your Indian Eyes Management Team will establish a dedicated Point-of-Contact to respond to your needs and questions.

Dedicated Project Manager:

Indian Eyes will provide a dedicated Project Manager who possesses years of industry experience and technical expertise to direct the support needed to meet your equipment requirements. This Indian Eyes Project Manager will focus on your day-to-day equipment needs and is prepared to adapt to any unique project requirements that arise. Indian Eyes dedication to the needs of your project is an advantage not offered by major rental companies who manage numerous clients. The Indian Eyes Project Manager will manage All Deliveries, Requests, Pick Ups/Call off’s, Maintenance/Repairs and Training schedules.

Quality Control Program:

The DOE and DOD arena has stringent inspection criteria to accept a piece of equipment on the facility. The major commercial equipment rental companies are not accustomed to these stringent requirements. Indian Eyes experience in providing equipment to the these facilities has prepared our program managers to coordinate with the appropriate company to ensure that the equipment will meet the facility requirements and significantly increase the success of meeting inspection requirements on the first pass. All equipment supplied by Indian Eyes undergoes a thorough documented inspection process before attempting to deliver to the Job Site. Equipment is safe and accompanied by the proper documents needed for safe use and operation of the specific model of equipment. All equipment is in new or like-new operating condition, and all functions and capabilities are fully operational.

Consolidated Billing/Invoicing:

Indian Eyes will source equipment from several vendors to support a variety of projects and scopes of work for your Company and consolidate billing information into a single Monthly Statement that reflects all equipment rental and sales for the previous month. Indian Eyes billing system has the flexibility to format invoices and statements to meet your task or project needs.

Equipment Delivery:

Indian Eyes has become efficient in coordinating and communicating with the delivery company and the site Buyer Technical Representative to ensure efficient delivery. We are well practiced in ensuring the equipment and drivers have the proper credentials including documentation for badging to enter the site. The Indian Eyes Project Managers and office coordinate all delivery and pickup of our equipment, attachments, accessories and support materials for the job site. We consistently ensure that all equipment is routed through the proper inspection location and on to the final destination requested by the end-user.

Maintenance Capabilities:

Indian Eyes requires all equipment to be backed by a trained and qualified staff. Indian Eyes will not offer equipment without a local qualified service technician and an adequately equipped service vehicle. This ensures a rapid response for service and maintenance needs during and after business hours to minimize downtime. All maintenance services are completed in accordance with the manufacturers recommended service specifications and recommended service schedules. Routine maintenance and repair service is completed using only manufacturer approved parts and materials. Preventive Maintenance is typically performed at the work site and is coordinated through the the end user to meet the customer’s schedule.

Operational Training:

Indian Eyes supplies certified personnel from a variety of equipment manufacturers to provide instruction and training on the operation and preventive maintenance of the equipment. Instruction includes familiarity with Operational features, Routine and Preventative Maintenance, and Safety Manuals as well as hands-on training. Expertise is available from the manufacturers as needed throughout the rental period or following an equipment purchase. You are assured that operations personnel will have the on-site training needed to safely and efficiently inspect and operate equipment provided by Indian Eyes.
