To ensure the safety of our employees, Indian Eyes:

  • Carries high risk Workmen’s Comp exposure coverage
  • Relinquishes supervisory authority
  • Is dependent on the Prime Contractor safety culture
  • Performs extensive due diligence on Prime Contractor prior to signing contract, to include:
    • Who carries current Workmen’s Comp coverage
    • MOD rate for the last three years
    • OSHA 300A logs for last three years
    • Copy of Safety Manual and Policy
    • Copy of accident/incident reporting policy
    • Contact information for Health & Safety Manager
  • Contracts state contractor must provide safe work environment for Indian Eyes, LLC employees
  • Requires employee indoctrination include site specific safety training through Prime Contractor
  • Requires existing program or Indian Eyes On-site Coordinator pre-start safety meeting
  • Requires Indian Eyes On-site Coordinator responsible for site safety inspection to ensure contractor is providing a safe work environment for Indian Eyes personnel
